He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy M. Wayda Albert; his parents, Joseph Albert and Mary Patrick Albert; his sisters, Dorothy McCormack and Elizabeth "Betty" Fields; and his siblings-in-law, Helen McAndrew, Mary Ann Wayda, Joseph Wayda and Robert McCormack.

He is survived by: his wife Claus; his children, Joseph Albert of Jenkins Twp, James Albert (Samantha) of Jenkins Twp, Timothy Albert (Mary), Plains and Ann Marie Mudlock (Joseph); his grandsons, Jack, William and Connor Albert; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph McAndrew and Ed Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Maria Goretti Church, 42 Redwood Drive Laflin, PA 18702 or Jenkins Twp.
