He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer "Zoo" Shaw and Nellie J. Shaw (Lumadue); his wife Jacquelyn J. "Jackie" Shaw (Albright); his son Terry Ray Shaw; and his siblings, Alvin "Mike" Shaw (Alma), Ronald Shaw (Marlene), Bernice Shaw, Janet (Nelson Flack) and Elaine (Walter Wisor).
He is survived by: his sons, Barry "Scott" (Lorrie) and Harold "Mark" (Katherine); his grandchildren, Cody Shaw (Michelle), Parker Shaw (Emily) and Hunter Shaw (Caroline); his stepgrandchildren, Jason Custer (Ginger), Carrie (Craig Enos) and Courtney Custer; and his great grandchildren, Harrison and Kinsley Shaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
