He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perry and Ann "Nan" Corrigan Perry. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy Wagner Brown of Carbondale, PA.; his children, Kara Bolden (Bryan) of Quinlan, TX, Erik Perry (Emily) of Morehead, NC and Nicholas Perry (Bailey) of Garland, TX; his grandchildren, Caiden Perry and Azalea Swainston; his siblings, Annie Pepson (Gene) of Jermyn, PA, Debbie Merrifield of Peckville, PA and Frank "Rodi" Perry (Ann) of Carbondale, PA; the mother of his children Suanne Friedrich of Quinlan, TX; his godchildren, Kevie Kennedy, Kyle "Bubba" Pepson, Erica Barbaro Swift and Emily Brown (Mark Kenzakoski); Caitlyn Carroll (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
