In loving memory of Sophie Konish (Jermyn, Pennsylvania), who departed this world on May 29, 2025 at the age of 104. Sophie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Konish; her parents, Andrew Kozuch and Agatha Kozuch (Koscomb); and her siblings, John, Walter, Mary, Bernice, Julia, Anna, Joseph, Robert, Alexander and Marci. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Czestochowa Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery (624 Madison Ave, Jermyn, PA 18433).
