The memory of David E. Barabas of Jerome, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael C. Barabas and Mary Barabas (DiBuono); his granddaughter Piper; and his siblings, Michael and Patricia.

He is survived by: his wife Mary "Sis" Barabas (Gironda); his children, Dave (Kim), Renee (Paul) and Amanda; his grandchildren, Zach (Grace), Connor (Justine), Emily (Braden), David (Grayce), Adam (McKenzie), Patrick, Andrew (Maddie), Lauren (Seth), Keegan, Skylar and Ashton; and his great grandchildren, Luka, Mila, Thea, Rhys, Oliver, Zoe and Connor.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc. (1687 Tire Hill Rd, Davidsville, PA 15928). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. David's Lutheran Church (401 N Main St, Davidsville, PA 15928).
