With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jermaine Lenard Chisholm of Jerome, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2025 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jermaine may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Wendy K. Monismith; and his brother Lance Eugene Chisholm. He is survived by: his father Jerome L. Chisholm; his wife Robyn Chisholm; his children, Lillyanna of Harrisburg, Roman of Harrisburg and Wendy of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Wanda Chisholm, Tasha Long and Renee Painter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends who considered him a brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Jordan Hill Foundation, which Jermaine was deeply involved with or Hope Loves Company, a nonprofit that provides support, resources and community to children who have or had a loved one with ALS.
