Hill, Jr. of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Dorothy Rishel (James) of Loganton, Frederick M. Welch (Dorothy) of Lock Haven and Nicholas Welch (Coleen) of Greenburr, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
