He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Harmon (Tietbohl); his friend Wally; his daughter Cheryl L. Fields of Jersey Shore; his sisters, Linda Harbach of Larryville and Denise Bergenstock of Williamsport; and his brother-in-law Donald Tietbohl (Ellen) of York.
