It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Brown of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Fleisher and Rose M. Walizer; her husband Lawrence L.; and her siblings, Fred "Bud" Fleisher Jr., Gerald "Piney" Fleisher, James "Bob" Fleisher, June Gardner, Winifred "Toots" Barner, Vida Whipple and Vivian Feerrar.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Pepperman of Jersey Shore and Dolores "Dolly" Derr. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Avis United Methodist Church (215 Prospect Ave, Avis, PA 17721). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
