She was predeceased by: her siblings, Chip and Linda; and her grandson Maxwell Maitland Engle. She is survived by: her husband John G. "Jack" Engle; her children, Amy Engle Hines and Joshua Engle (Heather); her grandchildren, Joshua Hines, Alexander Hines (Carly) and Madalyn Eiswerth (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Emilia Eiswerth.
In lieu of gifts upon retirement she asked for donations to start a children's library at the Family Resource Center through the county Children and Youth office.
