Denise Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Smith of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Denise Smith to pay them a last tribute.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Denise is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Shultz and Paul Shultz; and her sister-in-law Pam Shultz. She is survived by: her husband James Daniel Smith, Sr.; her children, James "Jimmy" Daniel Smith, Jr. of Conestoga, Pennsylvania, Valerie Welch (Tyler) of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania and Kaitlyn Smith (Deklin Versace) of Chicago, Illinois.; and her siblings, Mark Shultz of Ball Ground and Michelle Eck (Alan) of Cumming. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
