She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Koch and Thelma Koch (McCracken); her brother Jeffrey T. Koch; her siblings-in-law, Shirely Koch, Leah Renninger (Clair) and Robert Cowfer; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Pauline Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Robert R. Hoffman; her children, Robert W. Hoffman (Margaret) and Angie Hoffman of Jersey Shore; her grandchildren, Christina DeReamer (Nate), Robert J. Hoffman, Amber Beard (Brad) and Jake Laubscher (Ali); her great grandchildren, Addison DeReamer, Hunter Hoffman, Margaret and Meredith Beard; and her siblings, Wesley Koch, Patrick Koch (Michelle) and Sally Bechdel (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
