He is survived by: his parents, Clem Eiswerth and Iris Eiswerth (Lindemuth); his wife Karen Eiswerth (Kuhns); his children, Michael Eiswerth (Shauntae), Travis Eiswerth (Madalyn) and Olivia Eiswerth; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Emilia and Lark Eiswerth; and his brothers, Eric Eiswerth (Lisa) and Brian Eiswerth (Jennifer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
