She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Henry Sr. and Dorothy Edwards. She is survived by: her husband James J. Lewin Jr.; her children, James K. Lewin of Jersey Shore and Jacqueline M. Huntington (Jerry) of Howard; and her brother James M. Henry Jr. (Sally) of Cogan Station. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
