He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Jenkins and Evelyn D. Welshans. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Meckley; his son Evan J. Jenkins of Jacksonville, FL; his stepsons, Justin S. Welsh (Lisa) of Kansas City and Seth M. Welsh (Linda) of Bedford; and his brother Carl S. Jenkins (Nelia) of Muncy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home (125 N Main St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
