He is survived by: his wife Rita Miller (Severino); his children, Joseph Jr. (Billie) of Mill Hall, John of Dunnstown, Jeremy of Lock Haven and Janelle of Mill Hall; his grandchildren, Joseph III (Mary Kate), Nicholas (Amber), Taylor (TK), Evan (Savannah), Kasie (Selvin) and Elliott; his great grandchildren, Joseph IV, Amelia and Dahlia; and his siblings, Gracie Kisko of Renovo, Richard Miller of Lock Haven and Rita Welcomer of Maytown.
