She is survived by: her children, Debra LeVan of Baltimore, MD, Judith Cohick (Dave) of Jersey Shore, Robert LeVan of Williamsport, Robin Gahen of Williamsport, Melissa Forker (Bobby) of Montgomery and Kari Borner of Jersey Shore.
