He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Jacobs and Linda Jacobs (Engel). He is survived by: his brother Andrew Jacobs of Harrisburg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to be made to the Crouse Funeral Home to defray funeral costs.
