She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack R. Packer and Peggy Lou Weidler (Poorman); and her siblings, Patricia A. Willits, Dea J. Packer and Stephen Packer.
She is survived by: her son Jerry "Richard" Yost (Ashley) of Lewisburg; and her siblings, Lester R. Packer (Judy), Denise A. Bliler (Scott) and Barbara Russell. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.
