Hurlbutt of Jersey Shore and Ryan N. Hurlbutt of Charleston, WV; his close friend Deborah K. Miller of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Gordon Hurlbutt of Jersey Shore and Christine Hurlbutt of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
