He is survived by: his cousins, Quentin, Annalise and Lea Zaengle; his parents, Maryellen Burns (Shortall) and Michael Burns; his siblings, Emily Price (Jonathan Price) and Michael Burns, Jr.; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church (1325 Upper State Rd, North Wales, PA 19454). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Children's Craniofacial Association (http://www.ccakids.org.), an organization close to Jake's heart through his cousin Quentin.
