She is survived by: her husband Albert Monarchi; her children, Renee Monarchi of Norristown, PA, Alan Monarchi of Staatsburg, NY, Michelle Kaiser of Red Hook, NY and Michael Monarchi (Becky) of St. Louis, MO; her son-in-law Jeffrey Kaiser; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Zachary, Norah, Nadia, Madelyn and Michael.
In leiu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lucy's memory to her favored organizations: Ronald McDonald House of Albany or St. Jude's.
