He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hartman (Smith); his daughter Kerri Garner of Jim Thorpe; his grandson Richard Hartman of Lehighton; his mother Norma Hartman (Stuckley) of Lehighton; his siblings, Sally, Michelle Hartman, Jeff of Lehighton and Guy Hartman of Lehighton; and his grandchildren, Carlie, Phillip, Makayla Garner, Cassidy and Alexa Hartman.
