He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Dementri and Elizabeth Dementri (McKeown); his daughter Jessica Dementri; his siblings, Denise, Coleen and John; and his mother-in-law Donna Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Dementri (Smith); his uncle William Dementri; his father-in-law Edward Smith of Tamaqua; and his brother-in-law Edward Smith Jr. (Missy) of Summit Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
