We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2022, at the age of 81, Shelby Kay Hoffman of Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shelby Kay Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Tennis Seiple and Erma Seiple (Knorr); her husband Drue C. Hoffman; and her siblings, Terry, Tom, Ted and Cherrie Seiple.

She is survived by : her son Richard Hoffman (Ruth) of Jim Thorpe; her grandson Mitch Hoffman; and her sister Sondra Myers of Bloomsburg.
