He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Mary Williams (Zajac); and his daughter Jennifer "Jenny" Goldstein. He is survived by: his wife Judith Williams (Tout); his children, Hollie Yanett of Frackville, PA, David Yanett (Pamela) of Littleton, CO and James Tout (Tracy Hunsicker) of Jim Thorpe; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Serenity of Vanessa, JR, Kyle, Charles, Daniel, Kaylee and Valen; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Teryn, Cole, Atlas, Elijah and Lukas; and his sisters, Ann Marie Reis (Ron) of Nesquehoning and Maureen Hirochek (Louis) of Nesquehoning.
