He was predeceased by : his parents, William Howells and Dorothy Howells (Marietta). He is survived by : his wife Louise Howells (Barber); his sons, David Howells of Lehighton and Jeffery Howells of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Laura, Kimberly and Christopher. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

His work ethic was unparalleled, and he took great pride in his contributions to the company.
