He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn F. Shaffer and Irene Shaffer (Robbins); and his brother Ronald Shaffer. He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Shaffer (Linda) of North Abington, PA and Brian Shaffer of Westfield, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
