He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Allen "Babe" O'Connor and Cathy O'Connor; children: Lilly O'Connor, Jovani O'Connor, Deangelo Roseberry and Antonio Roseberry; partner of children's mother: Elisa Castaneda; sisters: Nancy Ginther (Tarz), Sarah Spong (Steven) and Raven O'Connor (Morgan); brother: Jesse Flegal (Tammy); grandparents: Earl Flegal, Eva Flegal, Allen O'Connor, Sr., and Lillian and Leo "Boob" Winters; late brother: Damian O'Connor; and numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and fellow veterans.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Social Hall. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
