She is survived by: her children, Della A Collins, Claude Anthony Hall (Sandy Gasior) and Paula Marie (John Kreuzer) of Farmington, PA; her grandchildren, Tara (Robert Popchak), Daniel W. Collins and Tiffany Slovich; her great grandchildren, Trevor Kushner (Kelsey), Travis, Tucker, Tanner Kushner, Zachery and Tyler Collins; her great great grandchild Bentley J. Kushner; her sister Ann B. Tyno; her godson David Tyno; and her niece Leona A. Telek.
