It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alberta Hanak of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Guizio and Dora Mae Guizio (Jeffes); her husband William "Bill"; her son Michael; and her siblings, Frank, Theodore, William "Sunday", Anthony, Francis, Louis, James, Joseph, Robert, Caroline, Mildred, Edith, Theresa, Rosemary, Madeline and Betty.

She is survived by: her son Scott; her caregiver Joyce Hanak Rogina; her grandchildren, Corinne and Zachary Rogina; her daughter-in-law Janet (MO); her grandsons, Matthew and William; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Hanak (Johnstown), Margaret Blehi (NC) and Dorothy Irene Bayconish (NJ). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
