He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Toth and Margaret Toth (Tkach); his wife Theresa A. Toth (Fatula); his son Patrick Toth; and his siblings, Stephen, Louis Toth and Bertha Toth.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Mooney and Daniel (Jane); his granddaughters, Jessica Conroy, Olivia Taylor, Ashlee Stayrook, Annemarie Smith and Sarah Bilski; his stepgrandchildren, Amber and James; his great grandchildren, Liam, Julia, Joseph, Madison, Peyton and Raegan; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jameson, Colton, Angelina, Jaden and Zachary. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
