She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her children, Tammy (Robert Mikulsky), Pamela Brown, Angela Lenhart, Kathleen Murphy, Nancy (Andrew Tomkosky), Beverly McAfee, Richard Lenhart, David Lenhart and Brandon (Heather Koehler); her stepson John Leonard; her grandchildren, Claudia Mikulsky, Joseph Miller Prescott, Christopher Miller, Courtney Harr, Alicia Smay, Brooklyn Gordon, Ashley Murphy, Kacie Burns, Tiffany Tomkosky, Tyler Tomkosky, Matthew Lenhart, Alicin Lenhart, Austin Lenhart, Raymond Lenhart, Phoenix Lenhart, Khloe Lenhart, Lyla Lenhart, Landon Lenhart, Bailey Lenhart, Maverick Lenhart, Gianna Lenhart, Miley Lenhart, Nathan Lenhart, David Lenhart Jr., Aaron Lenhart, Ethan Lenhart, Abby Lenhart, Sydney Lenhart, Samantha Hernandez and Robert Mikulsky; and her siblings, Bety Kinsey, Carol Meyer, Ed Kinsey and Jame Kinsey. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
