He is survived by: his parents, Doug Simmons and Connie Simmons (Hoffman); his sisters, Alyse Pollard (Rasman Walker) and Rebecca Fiorica (Joe); his brother-in-law Damion Pollard; and his nieces and nephews, Donovan, Adrion, Callen Pollard, Myka and Finn Fiorica. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
