He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Theodore Tisinger (Linda Faye) of Johnstown, Mark Tisinger of Johnstown, Alex Tisinger of Johnstown, Rev Loretta Hughes and Linda K. Smith of Johnstown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
