He is survived by: his mother Portia Ullery (Golden); his wife Jennifer Russell; his daughter Angela Smith (Tyler); his stepdaughters, Saundra and Hailee Chernicky; his sister Terri Cekada (Vince); his grandchildren, Elijah, Cecilia, Aria, Kira, Laela Smith, Macilynne Miller and Brinley Ohler; his siblings' children, Toni Brooks, Megan Rose, Jenna Rose and Vinnie Cekada; his great-niece Sophie Brooks; and his sister Sabrina Porterfield.
