She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis M. Sacks and Rose Sacks (Block); her former husband Seldon A. Winston; her husband John Nahorniack; her sister Doris Kremer; and her nephew Barry Kremer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dara (Neil Dayen) and Rosemary Brant; and her grandchildren, David Dayen and Jessica Dayen.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Windber Hospice.
