She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Neisner and Audrey Neisner (Weller); her parents-in-law, Paul and Mary Livingston; and her brothers-in-law, Dan and Eric Livingston.
She is survived by: her husband James Livingston; her children, Lisa Penrod (Donald) and David (LeeAnn); her grandchildren, Alex, Kaitlyn and Sarah; her brother Joseph Neisner (Deborah); her nephew Neil (Rachael); her niece Natalie (Nate); her sister-in-law Charleene Novic (Doug); and her nephews, Dan (Kari) and Jon (Kristina). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, and special friends.
