She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kathleen Riffenberrick and Banks White Dobson; her former husband Oscar Parke; her boyfriend Walter Solgan; and her siblings, Randall Dobson, Sandra McGrath and Joyce Schreffler.

She is survived by: her brother Randy Dobson of Cleveland, Ohio; her daughter Lori Parke Pettingill; her son-in-law Michael; her grandsons, Aidan and Zane Pettingill; and her nieces and nephews, Scott, Mark Bukovec, Karen Lupone and Linda Schreffler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh – Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
