She was predeceased by: her father Charles Hlivko; and her pet Cosmo. She is survived by: her mother Florence Hlivko (Radasky); her husband Ron; her sons, Eric (Megan) and Chad (Kara); her grandchildren, Colin, Emma, Leah and Abby; and her godmother Lorene Teplica. She is also survived by her family and friends but especially her grandchildren.
