Basil J. Trovato Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2025, at the age of 85, Basil J. Trovato (Johnstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil V. and Mary L. Trovato (Pierre); his brother Anthony; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Sean (Joni), Christopher and Dana Maldet (Lon); his grandchildren, Julianne (Robert), C. J. (Rebecca), Tyler, Dylan, Maddi (Rob), Kyle, Michael, Brendan, Dominic and Jocelyn; his great grandchildren, Trenton, Evelyn, Carter, Annalise, Harper, Fia, Asher and Logan; his siblings, Adeline Fry, Carmen (Frances), Mary Ellen McMillan (Chuck), Edward (Nancy) and Robert; and his former wife Judith Trovato (Diosdado).
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the St. Anthony of Padua Cemetery (249 Pomroy Dr, Windber, PA 15963).
