He was predeceased by: his parents, John Urban and Mary Urban; and his siblings, Anthony, John, Nick, Stephen, Frank, Simon, Joseph "Casey" and Anna Begley.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Walk (Mark), Mark Urban, Chris Urban, Matthew Urban (Michelle) of Urban Pools and Michael Urban; Nancy J. Urban (Homyak). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
