She is survived by: her children, Eric Cassidy and Shannon Cassidy (Brad); her granddaughter Shaylah Frederick; her great grandchildren, Aden Gage and Achilles Joseph; her brother Scott Cruickshank (Jenny Hemminger); her niece Caitlin Cruickshank; her close friends, Carol Pasquerilla, Sue Deist and Ellen Dixon; her caregivers, Carol, Melissa and Beth; and also Gang.
