She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Seeley and Laura Seeley (Fretzel); her husband John Kohan Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Steven Kohan, Donald Kohan, Robert Kohan, Bernard Kohan, Mary Kohan (Stofko) and Dolores Kohan (Mirilovich).

She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Grosko (Greg Grosko) and Lisa Dvorchak (Matthew Dvorchak); her grandchildren, Kristin Bond (Ryan), John Andrew Grosko, Alexandria Dvorchak and Lauren Dvorchak; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Kohan (Wertz), Carol Kohan (Partsch) and Judy Kohan (Griffith). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
