She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Crusoe Banks and Maxie Holbert Banks. She is survived by: her brother Robert C. Banks, Jr. (Shorty); her husband Paul R. Mikkelsen; her children, Michelle Marie (Mikkelsen) and Michael E. (Mickey); her grandchildren, John W. Polacek (Ashley N. Polacek), Alex M. Polacek, Haleigh Marie (Polacek), Findley (Kevin J. Findley), Zane Colton Mikkelsen, Cassidy Rose Polacek (Marcus A. Grissetti), Clay Wyatt Mikkelsen and Nash Campbell Mikkelsen; her great grandchildren, John Pierce, Paytyn, Kaylyn, Laykyn, Parker, Paxton, Blake, Ruby, Piper, Gage and Blaze; her siblings, Patsy (Banks) Huggins (C. Thomas Huggins) and Terry L. Banks (Tammy Banks); her siblings-in-law, Robert Bisel and Linda Bisel; and her daughter-in-law Anna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
