He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Puckey and Doris Puckey (Gregory). He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Henderson (Kent), Greg, Claudia McIntyre (Randy) and Scot; and his nieces and nephews, Jill Rupert, Katie Van Deursen and Ryan Kois.
