He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Stuver and Elda F. Stuver (Eicher); his brother Richard J. Stuver; and his brother-in-law Harve Stineman. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Stuver (Fleming); his children, David B Stuver (Travis R. Pegram), Ogletown, Sherie L. Potchak (Daniel), Elton and Cristie E. Felix (David) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Jesse Potchak (Jordin), Jamie Montag (Matthew), Kelsie Ammons (J. C.) and Allyson Felix; his great grandchildren, Mia, Addison, Elle, Jackson, Cameron and Grayson; his sister JoAnna Stineman; his siblings-in-law, Linda Stuver and Jim Fleming (Miyoko); and his close friends, Roger and Sally Layton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Faith Baptist Church, 730 Sunberry Street, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Byron.
