He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Spishak and Mildred Varner (Tarsovich); and his brother James G. Spishak. He is survived by: his wife Janet Spishak (Chernay) of Johnstown; his sons, Ryan Spishak (Krista Peteritis) and Luke Spishak (Michele); his granddaughter Hope Spishak; and his sister Georgette Stephans.
