She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter O'Toole and Agnes O'Toole (Ruda); her husband Peter Paul Matessa Jr.; and her siblings, Peter O'Toole and Mary Roble.
She is survived by: her aunt Ann Lancie; her sisters, Darlene Carmack (Ray) and Sharon Coulter (Scott); her children, Michael (Barbara) of Ben Lomond, CA, Matthew (Donna) of Raleigh, NC and Michelle (Craig) of Johnstown, PA; her grandchildren, Andy, Katie, Chris, Courtney, Rebecca and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Claire and Mason.
