Lavely (Teresa) of Johnstown, PA; her grandchildren, Megan Dami (Mark), Mackenzie Cannon (Daniel), Chase Rigo (Madison Stiffler), Olivia Rigo and Parker Rigo; her great grandchild Josephine Dami; her sister Janene Groff (Oldham); and her caregiver Peggy Kauffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
